Heather just came into work to cash a check and actually waited until I can help her even though there were tellers who were open. We chatted for a little while about Brews Brothers and then I asked what she was up to this weekend. She said she didn't have any definite plans, so I asked her if she wanted to come out to the house tonight to grill some steaks and go boating. She said that would be great and that she'd be over about seven with beer.
Seriously, how excited is this kid?
Devon and Derek are both out of town this weekend too, which means it will be quiet and there will be no one to fight for the boat. The house, the boat, the lake -- all mine, and Heather's. The lake I guess we have to share, but the house and the boat are definitely ours.
Maybe I shouldn't be so pumped about this, but damn, I am.
